MultitaskingWith BestRxWin, you can have multiple workstations, or have multiple sessions on the same workstation. While processing a prescription, you can add or update the doctor, patient, drug, insurance plan, or sig information without losing the entered prescription data. You could also display or print a report in the background while processing the prescription. We use the latest in database technology, making our program work at lightning-fast speeds to keep your workflow going at an uninterrupted pace.
Reports BestRxWin allows you to print dozens of different kinds of reports. There are many built-in reports, but you can also design your own reports by picking specific data and sorting it the way you want. The reports can be exported to a user defined file format that later can be imported into a Microsoft Excel spread sheet. The reports will be displayed on the screen and you can print all or part of any report.

Additional Services
BestRxESign
BestRxESign is an electronic signature capturing system that can store all your patient’s signatures in your computer. This eliminates paper storage and is great for audit purposes. The ability to capture signatures for deliveries is also available.
E-Prescribing
With e-prescribing, prescribers can send prescriptions directly to your computer. This helps to increase your volume and reduces errors. You can also send prescribers refill requests over the Internet. Saves time by eliminating the need to call or fax the prescriber.
Rx Image Scanning
With the Rx Image scanning feature, you can store prescription images on your computer. This makes retrieving prescriptions a snap. No more digging through files to verify a prescription. You can scan the prescription image at the time of input or scan later using the batch scanning function.
Nursing Home
Pharmacists can maintain multiple nursing home information in BestRxWin. Patient can be assigned to unique nursing home. Print MAR/Physcian’s Order forms and more with the nursing home feature.
IVR Interface
We can interface with a third party Interactive Voice Response system to allow your customers to automatically request refills over the phone. This increases productivity by freeing up time that would otherwise be spent on the phone for other tasks.
BestPOS
BestPOS is the most advanced POS system on the market that uses the Touch screen technologies for faster transaction processing. BestPOS is fully integrated with the BestRxWin pharmacy management system. It can also collect the Rx and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Policy. The system can generate dozens of management reports including sales and inventory data. BestPOS interfaces with major drug wholesalers so your pharmacy can maintain its drug/OTC inventory and prices automatically.
Security
BestRxWin has enhanced security and access built in to ensure that only authorized persons can access the data. First, you set up who is allowed to use your system by designating user names and passwords for each user. Then you can set the access rights for each user for each aspect of the program. For example, you can set up access so only certain users can view or update the inventory data, print critical financial data, or update the prescription profile.

BestRxWin is a fast, reliable, user-friendly and full of features . Anyone who has ever used another Windows program will be immediately familiar with the functionality of our program. With the use of Tabbed pages in our program, all information displayed is more organized and easy to understand. While using BestRxWin, users have the option of turning on or off our special “QCard” function. The QCard explains briefly the function of each data entry field and follows you step-by-step as you go through any data entry screen. Also, if the user ever wants more help with any aspect of the software, a detailed help screen is just a function key away.
